    THE BODY BAR POLICIES


    When you continued after the Welcome pop up message you agreed to these terms. 
    We hope you understand that this is to protect our business. 
     

    We can rearrange your booking up to 48 hours before your appointment, unfortunately anything less than 48 hours does not give us enough time to fill the appointment.

    Any appointments cancelled between 24-48 hours will be charged a 50% charge, any cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged 100%. No future appointments with anyone will be booked in the salon till this is paid. 

    Late appointments. If you are late for your appointment by 15 minutes or more and we can’t do the treatment this will also be classed as a cancellation and the appointment will have to be paid in full.

With a warm welcome to the body bar, if you haven't been into the Salon or don't know me, here is a little bit about me. 
I have over 15 years experience in the beauty industry, completing my NVQ in Beauty Therapy 2&3 14years ago and currently working towards my Level 4, I am passionate about what I do and my goal is to bring a positive and calming experience to our clients aswell as results.
My aim is to have everything under one roof for you all here at the body bar and to make sure you are getting the best experience you possibly can.

CLIENT NOTICE

NEW TREATMENT: Japanese Head Spa - Coming Soon 

Please Read as this your agreement and acceptance to all terms and policies. 

The salon is located at 132-134 Milburn Road, Ashington NE630PQ.  

There is parking outside of the Salon however it is quite a busy street so it can be an issue but spaces around the corner will be available.

PATCH TESTS.

Patch tests are required if its your first time having a Lash Lift, Brow Lamination, any tinting or HD Brows.

Please book a free consultation/patch test at least 24 hours before any of these treatments.

This is down to you to arrange and book your Patch Test, failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled/rearranged. 

 

PAYMENTS.

I accept payment for treatments

Bank Transfer
Website booking
Payment must be made before leaving the Salon, I dont have time to chase for payments. Bank Details can be forwarded prior to your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS.

By booking an appointment after reading this you are agreeing to these policies.       These are extremely tough times and it has never been more important to respect cancellation policies. 

If you need to cancel/rearrange your appointment please let me know as soon as possible so I can try and fill your appointment slot. 

If you Cancel .. 

Over 48 hours before your appointment time we can rearrange and your deposit will be transferred or refunded if you choose to cancel.
Between 24-48 hours you will lose your deposit or be charged the deposit amount. 
Within 24 hours then your deposit is non refundable nor transferable and the full treatment amount will be requested before another appointment can be booked.

By reading this and continuing you are agreeing to these terms.

 

Please do not arrive more than 10minutes early to your appointment. 
Please do not arrive more than 15minutes late for your appointment, this will be cancelled if this happens.
If you require nail art please make sure you book this with your chosen treatment, this includes French and ensures we have enough time to avoid disappointment.
Please choose what design/colour you want before your appointment, unfortunately we dont have time to do this during your appointment.
Please make you rebook any Patch Tests in if you have had any boosters/covid jabs or flu shots etc within the past 6 months as these are classed as medical changes.
